January is a hotel-based stay. Transport, organised entertainment and activities, private society events and dedicated women-only spa sessions are not included.
Your January package price covers the accommodation, meals and available hotel spa/wellness access listed above. Transport, organised entertainment, activities, private society events and dedicated women-only spa sessions are not included. Please book on the basis of these stated inclusions.
Any optional paid extras will be announced and priced separately before you choose to purchase them. If Takeover later confirms a complimentary extra, it will be provided by us as a discretionary goodwill addition at no extra charge. Such extras are not guaranteed or part of the package price.
For March, fire and dancing shows apply only where confirmed. March’s confirmed Bulgarian pickup locations: Trakia, Plovdiv and Sofia. Flights, lift passes, equipment hire and lessons are purchased separately.
How your £80 deposit works
Your deposit is part-payment, not the full package price. The remaining balance is £95 for January or £95 for March. Your deadline and a separate secure payment link will follow by email or WhatsApp. You can also pay in full.

Enjoy two nights in a four-star Bansko hotel, breakfast and dinner, and time to unwind in the hotel’s available spa and wellness facilities. Come with friends, as a couple or with family, and enjoy Bansko at your own pace.
Takeover also organises dedicated hotel arrangements and private programmes for participating UK university and society groups. Our individual January package is a separate hotel-based stay, with the inclusions below setting out exactly what your booking covers.

Getting to Bansko
January guests travel independently by public bus, private taxi, transfer or hire car. These arrangements are separate from the package and paid for separately. Check current routes, times and prices with your chosen provider before booking onward travel.
TRAVELLING TOGETHER?
We can help arrange a return private transfer between Bansko and your preferred airport, city or collection point, subject to route feasibility and availability.
Group transfers are an optional paid add-on, separate from your January package. We’ll provide a quote based on your route, dates, group size and vehicle requirements, clearly stating whether the price is per person or for the whole vehicle.
Contact us before booking onward travel so we can confirm the arrangements and cost. A transfer is confirmed only after the arrangements and cost have been agreed.

For March, dedicated women-only spa hours are available at specified times; participating facilities and timings are confirmed for your trip. Dedicated women-only spa sessions are not included in January.
